VentureWise was incorporated in Ontario in 2012 and has served more than a dozen different Federal departments, often with recurring clients. The company has also provided services to private firms, non-profit organizations, separate operating agencies, and the core public administration. Its past clients have come from the public safety, scientific community, and public health portfolios.

The Principal Consultant at VentureWise is Mr. Brad Mills, PhD, PMP, CISSP, CDPSE, CGEIT, CRISC.
Brad is an expert in governance, risk and compliance with over 20 years of experience. He is a data scientist by training and has authored multiple publications in the scientific community and is joint author of the All-Hazards Risk Assessment Book of Knowledge, a comprehensive guide for threat risk assessment in government setting and holds a Doctorate of Physical Sciences.

Brad has led major business development initiatives and currently freelances in the fields of privacy, physical security, and procurement.

Brad is passionate about using data science to solve real-world problems and to create value and lasting impact. He has received awards and honors for his research and practice in data science and risk management.
